Mr. Bottar has represented foreign and domestic clients in securities and banking litigation, class actions, internal investigations and commercial litigation involving complex issues of contract, tort, and damages. He has experience working with the Securities and Exchange Acts, as well as the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Bank Holding Company Act and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bottar was a litigation associate with White & Case LLP, a New York City based law firm with nearly 2000 attorneys worldwide.
