Biography
Michael Ruggieri has been practicing law as a trial attorney for over 32 years. Throughout his legal career, Michael has been guided by three principles: fight hard but fairly for his clients, be compassionate and understanding, and maintain honesty and integrity in dealings with clients, the court and other lawyers. These principles have allowed him to develop a successful and vibrant practice for over 3 decades. In fact, many of Michael’s clients are referred to him by other attorneys. Michael is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts and government agencies in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1988. He has represented thousands of clients and tried hundreds of cases, many before a jury. Michael’s clients include people suffering from serious injuries and losses caused by automobile crashes, falls, assaults and work injuries; parents seeking custody and support or a divorce; people facing criminal charges; victims of employment discrimination; people enmeshed in landlord/tenant disputes, families buying or selling a home, property owners involved in an eminent domain case; and grieving family members who need assistance handling the estate of a loved one who has passed away.
