Michael A. Simon

Michael A. Simon is an experienced personal injury and civil rights attorney advocating for the rights of people throughout New York City, Westchester and Long Island. As a dedicated attorney, Mr. Simon is committed to pursing full and fair compensation for individuals that have suffered injury or injustice. Mr. Simon grew up in New York and obtained his Bachelors of Arts in History from Queens College, City University of New York. He then earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law. While in law school, he was recognized for his academic excelled with a CALI Award for Excellence in Criminal Law which is awarded to the highest scoring student in each class. In addition to his academic achievements, Mr. Simon was also a finalist of the St. John's University Baseball Arbitration Competition.
