Request after request this lawyer had failed to file anything in my favor I asked him multiple times to help me file a declaration of facts and to help me get a second opinion on my daughter’s surgery + 2 get my daughter placed with a kinship placement but nothing my parental rights we’re soon then ask me to sign them over he yelled at me multiple times and even told me at court once but anyone who does drugs if they’re pregnant should be shot and killed I can make a longer complaint like he even told me that he was only getting $75 an hour for my case cincy’s court-appointed when he usually gets $150 an hour $200 an hour this was very discouraging coming down to it we’re not talking about anyting to play around with these were my parental right he knew I was counting on a jury trial did not file but print it out a form for jury trial only to go in front of just a judge at a bench trial with more than 12 testifying experts each and every one was completely against me and I had absolutely no one he didn’t even objected to the judge making my own mother sit out in the hall during trial the number one supporter that I turn to
