Description: A founding partner of Goodman & Goodman, LLP, Mike represents individuals suffering significant personal injuries or wrongful death in the areas of auto accidents, defective products, unsafe premises, medical malpractice and workers' compensation. Mike obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1979 and his law degree from Emory University School of Law in 1982. Mike has been recognized by his peers as one of Georgia's premier personal injury lawyers - Georgia Trend magazine, 2005. Mike is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in numerous state and federal courts in Georgia, including the Georgia Supreme Court. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association. Mike is an active member of the community. He has served for many years as a Trustee of the Cobb Hospital Authority, a legal entity responsible for oversight of the operations of Cobb Hospital.
