Mr. Cooper earned his Bachelor's Degree at University of Houston Clear Lake in 2013 with an emphasis on humanities, Pre-Law. He earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from South Texas College of Law Houston in May 2022. Mr. Cooper is licensed to practice in the State of Texas, as well as in the Northern, Eastern, Western, and Southern Federal District Courts of Texas. Mr. Cooper interned for Hon. Andrew Edison, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Texas, Galveston Division, for two summers between 2020 and 2021. He served as an associate editor for the Corporate Counsel Review at South Texas College of Law Houston for two semesters, Fall 2021 and Spring 2022.
