Attorney Mike Webb has spent nearly two decades litigating cases on behalf of Atlanta area clients. The legal profession is in Mike's DNA, as his father was also an attorney. In his words, personal injury law is fulfilling because “generally, when I meet a client, they are hurt, they are missing work, they are without an automobile. It is rewarding to help someone at a time when they need it most.”
New clients meet with Mike as early in the case process as possible, to develop a rapport and sense of trust in the relationship. And that relationship is a long-term one. Instead of looking for the quickest settlement, Mike approaches each case as if it is going to trial. This means he is committed to filing suit when necessary. One example of this was a motorcycle crash case for a Homeland Security Officer. The officer was severely injured when a truck driver ran a red light. In court, Mike was able to get a substantial verdict in the case after finding a 911 recording in which the truck driver implicated himself.
Mike's advice to prospective personal injury clients is “Help me help you. You can make your case much more valuable by working closely with me.”
Mike has deep roots in the Atlanta community. He has coached soccer, volleyball and basketball; chaired his school's annual fund, and served on its Development Committee. He is also a member of the Pastoral Care Ministry at his church. Mike devotes his free time to his wife and three daughters, but also remains a stalwart Braves and Falcons fan.
