Michael H. Truax

I'm Michael Henry Truax. It has been my privilege to compassionately serve Central Floridians who have been wrongly and unjustly injured in accident cases for twenty (20) years. Some of the types of cases that I have specialized in have included car accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability cases including slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall cases, product liability cases, dog bite cases, and foreign food product cases. I received my undergraduate B.A. degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida in 1989, and received my Juris Doctorate degree in 1992 from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. In 1993, I was admitted to practice law in Florida, and have resided in Central Florida ever since.

While growing-up in northern Delaware, my parents provided me with an excellent education where hard work and accountability were expected at an early age. This has translated to my life as an attorney where I have spent many a night and weekend preparing for my cases. I am also the proud parent of my 13 year old son, Aidan.
