Michael Joseph is Of Counsel to the Law Office of Kevin A. Pollock LLC. Mr. Joseph has extensive experience in personal injury cases and civil litigation. With a solid background in trial, litigation, and appellate work, he practices before the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Westchester Bar Association.
Mr. Joseph is a highly experienced trial lawyer. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients at trial, on appeal, at arbitrations, editions and administrative hearings. Recently Mr. Joseph successfully tried a malicious prosecution case arising out of police fabrication of evidence in a murder trial and won a jury verdict of 1,500,000.
Mr. Joseph has extensive experience in personal injury litigation and actively handles Construction Accidents, Motor Vehicle Accident cases, Accidents at Sea, including Jones Act cases and Death on the High Seas cases, Police Brutality and Misconduct, and Medical Malpractice. Mr. Joseph also handles commercial litigation and represents numerous small businesses. His experience includes cases involving business torts, contract disputes, fraud, partnership dissolutions, R.I.C.O claims, commercial lease disputes, bankruptcy, intellectual property, copyright, trademark and license disputes.
