Michael J. Montalbano, III graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies. In 2006, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and graduated near the top of his class.
Michael began his legal career as a general practitioner in the areas of family law, successions and personal injury. In 2009, he began to focus his career solely on personal injury. Since then he has represented hundreds of plaintiffs in all types of negligence cases.
With a passion for putting the client first, Michael strives to handle his cases with the best possible results for the client. Michael’s expertise includes automobile personal injury, wrongful death, 18 wheeler accidents, slip and fall cases and more.
Michael is admitted to practice before all State Courts in Louisiana and the U.S. District Court Middle District of Louisiana. He enjoys fishing around Louisiana’s beautiful coast, hunting and cooking his quarry.
