Michael Joseph Lerner Esq

Mr. Lerner began practicing as an associate with Eric J. Hoffaman & Associates, focusing on criminal, domestic, and personal injury law. In 2008, Mr. Lerner started his own law firm, and in 2010 he joined Attorney Robert E. Shea in forming the law practice of Lerner & Shea, LLC. Currently, Mr. Lerner focuses on criminal/traffic defense, and continues to practice in the areas of domestic relations, juvenile, and personal injury/civil litigation. As a practicing attorney in Franklin County and the surrounding area, Mr. Lerner has tried cases in Common Pleas and Municipal Courts, and argued in front of the Tenth District Court of Appeals. Mr. Lerner also is a Guardian ad Litem for cases in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division. In over a decade of practice, Mr. Lerner has found that is vital to be open and honest with clients, while maintaining an aggressive and professional demeanor.
