Michael K. Hibey is a shareholder at Simmons Hanly Conroy, where he focuses his practice primarily on helping individuals and families impacted by asbestos-related diseases. Before joining the firm in 2015, Mike practiced law in Washington, D.C. where he litigated personal injury cases on behalf of plaintiffs in federal and state courts throughout the Washington, D.C. area.
Mike has helped his clients, often individuals facing large businesses who have infringed on their rights, secure settlements for millions of dollars.
“I have dedicated my career to helping individuals have a voice in the legal system,” Mike said. “I am excited to continue working hard at Simmons Hanly Conroy, giving people, who are victims through no fault of their own, a chance to be heard.”
For five years, Mike practiced law at his own firm, Mitchell & Hibey LLP, in Washington, D.C.
