Biography
This is how I like to greet people. Sure I'm a lawyer, but I'm not too stuffy. I'm also a husband, a dad, and an all-around fan of being outdoors.
Since graduating from J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU in 1994, I have been serving personal injury clients for 24 years.
In 1997 I opened my own practice, The Law Offices of Michael R. Huffaker, P.C., where I've been helping people with injury and wrongful death cases in Farmington, San Juan County, and throughout New Mexico and the Four Corners area. If you need help, I'd like to listen to your experience and evaluate your case for free.
I specialize in car and semi-truck accident cases, as well as wrongful death cases. If you or a loved one was hurt or killed in an accident, I can help.

- Free Consultation - Not sure if you have a case? I'll listen to your story and tell you how I think you should proceed for free. I am also available for home, hospital, weekend, and after-hours consultations.
- Contingent Fees - In a contingent fee arrangement, I don't get paid unless we win your case. If we obtain a settlement or verdict on your behalf, my legal fees will be paid from the settlement proceeds, not out of your pocket. If you do not receive a financial recovery, then no legal fees will be charged for your case.
