Michael W. Diehl

Michael was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina and graduated from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana. He cut his teeth as a trial lawyer during his years with the Marion County Public Defender Agency. In 2020, Michael helped found Levin & Diehl, where he continued to hone his trial skills and litigated multiple high-profile homicide cases. While practicing criminal defense, Michael saw repeated and regular police misconduct that instilled in him the desire to fight back on behalf of the community and let him to expand his practice into civil rights and injury litigation.
