Attorney Michael Parks has over two decades of experience under his belt. Since cofounding Schimmel & Parks, APLC, he has dedicated his practice to helping those facing complex legal matters involving class actions, employment law, bad faith insurance, consumer law and personal injury law. He is committed to safeguarding the rights of clients who have been harmed or neglected by employers, insurance companies and other persons. As an experienced litigator, he has what it takes to fight against large corporations and organizations in order to pursue justice for his clients. Currently, he is licensed to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California and the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Before devoting his professional life to litigation and trial work, attorney Parks attended Arizona State University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in history. Following his undergraduate coursework, he enrolled in University of the Pacific where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1991.
