Mitchel E. Weiss

Mitchel Ephraim Weiss is a highly regarded litigator for personal injury cases. He first began his career working as a trial lawyer for a well-respected Manhattan insurance defense firm where he honed his skills as a trial lawyer. Weiss is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1985. Four years earlier, the aspiring attorney attended and graduated, with honors, from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1981. Now, more than three decades after beginning his legal practice, attorney Weiss is licensed to practice law in the states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
