Natalie Velasco began working part time as an administrative assistant for another plaintiffs' law firm when she was just 19 years old. At Silber Pearlman, which has since consolidated with Baron & Budd, Natalie worked in special projects in several parts of the firm. Natalie became intrigued by the litigation process and quickly realized that she had a passion for the practice of law-and in particular, for representing injured workers.
She went to law school right here in Dallas at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and even managed to spend a summer studying the law in Oxford, England. After finishing law school, she knew that Baron & Budd was the place she wanted to be.
"I knew that Baron & Budd was a reputable firm with the resources and expertise to truly make a difference and protect those who have been wronged," says Natalie. "If I can play even a small role in helping rebuild the families affected by a corporation's misconduct, I know my day has been a success."
Natalie Velasco works with clients in negotiating the settlement process. Every day, in big ways and in little ones, she is part of the difference we make for clients.
