Family law has always been a way for Nathan A. Hacker to provide help to real people facing life-changing issues.
Mr. Hacker enjoys resolving those problems through creative solutions."Whether it be a parenting time dispute or an issue of asset division, often the best result is achieved by creatively approaching the problem," he said.
The cases he is most proud of are won without a trial.
"If, through discovery and negotiation my client gets a better result than he would have at trial, I have succeeded in not only winning the case, but under Indiana Law, preventing an appeal, and I have saved my client's valuable resources," Mr. Hacker said.
