An honors graduate of UC Berkeley and Harvard Law School, Neil Shouse uses his experience as a former insurance company defense lawyer now to fight for injury victims. He helps secure big money settlements to compensate victims for medical bills, lost wages, lost opportunities and pain and suffering.
Mr. Shouse practices in Los Angeles County and Las Vegas. He represents clients injured or killed in car accidents, workplace accidents, dog attacks, dangerous products and harmful drugs.
Mr. Shouse learned personal injury law by first working on the other side. He defended large insurance companies at Sidley & Austin, one of the world's largest and most prestigious law firms. His clients included State Farm, Allstate, Liberty Mutual and Metlife. Now he uses this insider experience to help individual people take on the insurance industry...and win!
A frequent legal commentator in the national media, Mr. Shouse has been featured as a legal expert on CNN, Fox News Channel, Good Morning America, Al Jazzera, the CBS Morning Show and Dr. Phil. He has been quoted in newspapers and magazines around the country.
