      Biography

Noelle was raised in Portland, Oregon, but moved to Southern California to obtain a Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of Redlands. After receiving the David Bois Award for Outstanding Legal Analysis her thesis regarding the landmark Supreme Court case Baker v. Carr, Noelle decided to apply to law school.

Fortunately, she was admitted to the University of San Diego School of Law where she could join her now-husband in San Diego as he completed medical school. She began clerking for Thorsnes Bartolotta McGuire ("TBM") during the Summer after her second year, and began learning the intricacies of medical malpractice, personal injury, and complex business litigation. During her time in law school, she won a 2nd place Oralist Award for her performance in the Appellate Moot Court Alumni Torts Competition, and was invited to compete nationally on behalf of the Appellate Moot Court. She later received a CALI Excellence for the Future award for her top-grade earning performance in the law school's Health Law and Policy course. Simultaneously, she expanded her practical skills and discovered her passion advocating for plaintiffs while continuing to clerk for TBM.

While she began working for the firm in 2019, she officially joined as an associate attorney in 2021 after passing the California bar. Noelle enjoys hiking, running, and exploring the California Coast with her husband Keenan and their dog Reagan.
