Nora has successfully defended her clients' positions in many trust matters, including the published opinion in Debone v. Commonwealth, 929 A.2d 1219 (Pa. Cmwlth. 2007).
Nora received her JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and obtained a BA, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh where she was awarded a Community Services Award from the University's School of Law.
Nora is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania State Courts and before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and is accredited to practice before the United States Veterans Administration.
