Simon joined the firm in March of 2022 after previously serving as associate legal counsel for several cities and counties throughout the State of Georgia. Prior to that, Simon served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Augusta Judicial Circuit where he tried a number of cases to jury verdict. Since joining the firm, Simon has devoted his practice to a wide range of civil matters, including construction law, family law, local government law, and property law to name a few.
Simon is from Augusta, Georgia, where he currently lives with his wife and two children.
