Patrick C. Flinn

Patrick attended The College of New Jersey, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Economics in 2008. Patrick graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2011.Patrick joined Levinson Axelrod in September 2012 as an associate and works primarily out of the Edison office. He is licensed to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. Patrick first worked for the firm as a law clerk during law school. During that time, he developed a passion for championing the rights of victims of negligence and helping them recover for their injuries.

While in law school, Patrick represented consumers victimized in a fraudulent mortgage scheme in the Civil Litigation Clinic and interned for the Hon. Michael P. Wright, J.S.C., in Morris County. Following law school, Patrick worked a year as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Francine A. Schott, J.S.C. in Essex County. He also gained valuable experience in litigation and negotiation when he was certified as a court appointed mediator.

Patrick is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, The Middlesex County Bar Association, The Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association, The American Association for Justice, and the New Jersey Association for Justice.

Patrick is the son of a lawyer and has been around the law all his life. Working at Levinson Axelrod allows him to follow in his father's footsteps in an area where he can really help people. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys sailboat racing which gives him another outlet for his competitive spirit.
