      Biography

      Patrick G. Montgomery was born in Anniston, Alabama in 1977. He received his B.A., cum laude, in Economics from the Auburn University before obtaining his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law. While at the University of Alabama School of Law he was a member of the Alabama Law Review.

      After graduating law school, Mr. Montgomery worked with and eventually became a Partner at a Birmingham law firm defending businesses and insurance companies in civil litigation involving wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, breach of contract, products liability, automobile and trucking negligence and premises liability. During that time, Mr. Montgomery tried dozens of cases to jury verdict on behalf of his clients. In 2014, Mr. Montgomery and his family moved to the coast to represent individuals and their families who have been wronged by the conduct of others.

      Mr. Montgomery has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Alabama Super Lawyers Magazine.
