Former elected District Attorney of Caddo Parish, La. Served as DA for 30 years and prior to election Paul served as chief counsel of the Caddo Public Defender's Office. I have over 40 years experience in Criminal Court. My practice now is criminal defense in State, Federal and City Courts in Louisiana.

- Contingent Fees - In personal injury cases.
- Rates, Retainers and Additional Information - In criminal cases I request a cash deposit which is placed in our trust account. I bill at a hourly rate of $250 per hour. At the end of the case I return any unused funds left in the trust account.
