Paul is originally from Hartford, Connecticut. Early on his family moved to form Hartford to Lakewood, Ohio and in when he was in High School to Dearborn, Michigan as a result of his father serving as pastor. In 1970, Paul graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a B.A. cum laude. Soon after graduating, Paul served as a member of the U.S. Army and was stationed in Italy during 1970 and 1971. After serving in the U.S. Army, Paul was employed by R.L. Polk Publishing Company as the liaison for Ford Motor Company. This position entailed processing Ford's parts inventory, accounts receivables and accounts payables at dealerships across the country. While employed at Polk, Paul attended the University Of Detroit School Of Law, graduating in 1976. Since 1977, Paul has been employed as an associate lawyer, partner and then principal with his current law firm and its predecessors, Spitler, Kilgore & Enck, PC. Since his graduation from law school, Paul has resided with his wife in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, helping to raise three children. Paul has been active in the Lebanon County Bar Association. He has served as Chairman of the Lebanon County Legal Journal for many years. Paul has also served as a Master in Partition actions, an Auditor for Estates, and as the Chairman of local Boards of Arbitration for the Court.
