Peter J. Molinelli

Peter J. Molinelli is the managing partner of the firm's Tampa office. His areas of practice include insurance defense, medical malpractice, nursing home defense litigation, construction defects, professional liability, and legal malpractice.

Mr. Molinelli has earned numerous defense verdicts in general liability and medical malpractice involving nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

A graduate of the University of Tampa, Mr. Molinelli received a Bachelor of Science cum laude in 1992 and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law at St. Petersburg, Florida in 1995. In law school, Mr. Molinelli served as president of the Moot Court Board.

Prior to joining QPWB in 2004, Mr. Molinelli practiced law at Rissman, Weisberg, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue & McLain, P.A., in Tampa. He also served as Captain in the U.S. Army, JAGC from 1995 through 2000 and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Mr. Molinelli is admitted to practice in all state courts within the state of Florida; and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Supreme Court of Florida.
