      Biography

      Ralph Elliott has been engaged in the practice of law in Freeport, Illinoissince 1981. He graduated from the Universityof Illinoisat Urbana-ChampaignCollegeof Liberal Arts and Sciences with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree, Summa Cum Laude, earning Phi Beta Kappa recognition in 1978. He graduated from the Universityof Illinois Collegeof Law in 1981. Ralph is admitted to the practice of law in the state of Illinois, the federal courts for the Northern District of Illinois(including the Trial Bar), the Central District of Illinois, and the Federal Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He is a member of the Stephenson County Bar Association (in which he has served as both President and Secretary), the Winnebago County Bar Association (including the Bankruptcy Section), the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. He is engaged in a broad range of community service and has served on the Freeport Noon Rotary Board of Directors, the Freeport Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Chamber Ambassadors, the St. Thomas Church Parish Council (past President), and the Board of Directors of Assault and Abuse Services and Malcolm Eaton Enterprises. Ralph has lived in Freeport since 1981 with his wife, Mary, who have two children.
