I assist clients in the preparation of their Last Will and Testament, Financial Power of Attorney and Advance Directive, as well as any other necessary documents to ensure their estate plan follows their wishes, e.g. joint tenants with right of survivorship deeds, etc. I also prepare Family Trusts and amend existing Family Trusts when required. I handle Probate Court matters, including, but not limited to, Petitions to Probate Wills, Petitions for Administration, Petitions for Temporary and Permanent Guardianships, Petitions for Year's Support, and Petitions for Discharge. I also handle filing and defending caveats to Wills and any trials resulting from such filings. I have also consulted with other attorneys who have clients needing such services, but do not feel comfortable enough with that practice area to do the work themselves.

As an ancillary to my estate practice, I also assist clients in the creation and maintenance of corporations and limited liability companies, and related business matters for such businesses.
