Raymond M. Faby

In January of 2011, retired Administrative Law Judge Raymond M. Faby joined Jenkins Block & Associates in an Of Counsel capacity. In 1953, Judge Faby* graduated from Western Maryland College and in 1960 he received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Baltimore School of Law. Between the years of 1964 and 1972 Judge Faby served as an Assistant State's Attorney for Baltimore City, an Assistant Public Defender for Baltimore City and a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland. Judge Faby also served as a member of the Maryland State House of Delegates from 1971 to 1972. Judge Faby was a Federal Administrative Law Judge for over thirty years, ten of which he served as Chief Administrative Law Judge for the Baltimore Office of Hearings and Appeals. Following 1980, he has been a member of the Association of Administrative Law Judges and the Federal Administrative Law Judges Conference. Judge Faby now lends his experience and knowledge to Jenkins Block & Associates.
