Reed specializes in complex commercial litigation and has experience litigating a variety of different types of complex cases involving business torts, contract disputes, construction defect or payment disputes, commercial lending disputes, property recovery, professional malpractice, and corporate directors’ and officers’ liability, among others. Reed also has extensive experience litigating Trust and Estate disputes. Reed has litigated these and other types of complex cases in state and federal trial courts, as well as in the Florida Appellate Courts.
