Richard Berberian

Richard Berberian is a partner at Berberian Ain LLP and has over 15 years of legal experience handling personal injury, medical malpractice, elder law and nursing home abuse matters. Mr. Berberian started his career on the other side defending insurance companies and self-insured entities. His experience gave him firsthand insight on tactics used by insurance companies against plaintiffs. Fast forward to 2010, where Mr. Berberian shifted his focus to defending plaintiffs against big bully insurance companies. This decision led him to meet his partner in crime, Farris Ain, a fierce litigator who brings 15 years of legal experience to Mr. Berberian's clientele.
