Richard J. Crowson, an Atlanta native, primarily represents seriously injured people and their families in wrongful death cases, including victims of assaults, sexual abuse, caregiver negligence, nursing home abuse, drunk drivers and tractor-trailer wrecks. He also represents people injured due to dangerous conditions in stores and other commercial properties. He uses his experience and skill to help his clients fight for a fair outcome and get their lives back on track. He is a proud member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the National Crime Victim Bar Association.
Mr. Crowson was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2014. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia in 2003 and earned his Master of Science from Georgia State University in 2005. He spent the next several years working for one of the largest commercial property and casualty insurers in the world, handling complex injury and property issues in all fifty states. Mr. Crowson then enrolled in Tulane University Law School in New Orleans earning his Juris Doctor in 2014. While studying at Tulane, Mr. Crowson interned for the late, Honorable Gary B. Andrews of the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Honorable Fredericka H. Wicker of the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
