Rob has been practicing law in the Hampton Roads area for over 11 years. He primarily focuses on divorce and custody litigation at Weisberg & Weisberg, PLLC and additionally handles the firm's estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Growing up in central Ohio, Rob then moved to Michigan to attend Andrews University, where he earned a Business Administration bachelor's degree. During his undergraduate studies, Rob learned how to best position his clients for success through both writing and speech, skills he continues to use in the practice of law to this day.
In 2011, Rob graduated from Regent University and began practicing primarily in the areas of domestic relations and estate matters. Rob has been invited to speak on these topics at events hosted by organizations such as the National Council of Negro Women and BayPort Credit Union. His work in the areas of domestic relations and estate planning has also earned him recognition by multiple organizations, including Costal Virginia Magazine that selected Rob as a "Top Layer," Expertise.com that named Rob in the "Best Probate Lawyers" category, and the American Institute of Trial Lawyers who named him a "Litigator of the Year."
When not working for his clients, Rob, along with his wife, Karen, enjoy tasting new foods, both at locally owned restaurants and from Karen's ever-growing recipe list, exploring farmers' markets and antique shops in Hampton Roads and the surrounding areas, playing strategic board games, golf, and pickleball, and simply enjoying time in their home in Chesapeake, Virginia, with their family, friends, and pets.
