Robert E. Kelly, Jr. is a partner in the law firm of Kelly, Parker & Cohen LLP and practices in the areas of administrative and civil litigation, with particular emphasis on appellate practice, personal injury defense, commercial litigation, dealership and franchise litigation, employment law, insurance industry litigation and professional liability. He is a member of the Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice, Antitrust Law, Tort and Insurance Practice and Litigation Sections and the Forum on Franchising of the American Bar Association. Mr. Kelly is also a member of the Administrative Law, Labor and Employment Law and Civil Litigation Sections and the Judicial Selection and Administration and Professional Liability Committees of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He also belongs to the Dauphin Country Bar Association, and is a member of its Court of Rules Committee, the Federal Bar Association, the James E. Bowman Inn of the American Inns of Court and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, of which he is a past President. Mr. Kelly has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Insurance Law since 2006. A former Deputy Attorney General, he is a 1975 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and a graduate of Siena College.
