Robert Cella graduated from Notre Dame High School. Mr. Cella attended Hillsdale College and graduated with a B.A. in 1994. Mr. Cella received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Detroit Law School in 2001. (State Bar of Michigan member since 2002). He is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan and American Bar Association. Prior to joining Kirk & Huth, P.C., he worked as a legal research clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, working for the Hon. Judge Patrick J. Duggan. Mr. Cella has both briefed and argued successfully before the Michigan Court of Appeals.
Mr. Cella currently concentrates his practice in the areas of Probate, Wills/Trusts/Estates and Municipal Law, and he currently attends to the District Court prosecution matters on behalf of both Shelby Township and Harrison Township.
