      Biography

      Bob's primary areas of practice include Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury and Social Security Disability Law. He handles many Rhode Island and Federal Longshore workers’ compensation claims for injured workers. He also advises people in the area of Estate Planning.

      Bob graduated Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Providence College, and received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. He is on the Board of Governors of the R.I. Association of Justice, and is a member of the American Association of Justice, the Rhode Island Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Bench Bar Committee, and the Workplace Injury Litigation Group. Bob has lectured often and was recently one of the authors of "A Practical Guide to Workers' Compensation in R.I.".
