Biography
I am certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. My practice focuses on personal injury, business law and litigation, and municipal court defense. I fight hard for my clients, and have won important appellate victories against major corporations such as Trump Casino and Disney. I was the Chief Municipal Prosecutor for Lawrence Township from 2001 to 2005. I am the author of two Thompson West NJ Practice Series books-Motor Vehicle Law and Practice Forms and New Jersey Personal Injury Law, a senior instructor for Garden State CLE, and I served on the Board of Governor’s for the NJ Association for Justice. I presently serve on the District Ethics Committee for District VII, having been appointed by the N.J. Supreme Court in 2013. I have been selected as a Super Lawyer by my peers in 2006, 2011-2015. I am admitted to practice in New Jersey and Florida and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
