Robert (Beau) Stubbs has been practicing law in North Georgia since 1986. He has been a civil litigator for all of that time, including several years as the Forsyth County Attorney. For the past 25 years, Mr. Stubbs has focused his practice on family law, including divorce, high asset and complex division of assets, appeals, modification, contempt and contested custody issues. He practices all over North Georgia but concentrates his practice n Forsyth, Cherokee, Hall, Lumpkin and Dawson County. He strives to resolve family law issues without rancor or unnecessary expense but recognizes litigation may be the only viable option to resolution.
