Robert joined Levinson Axelrod in August 2010, and works primarily out of the Forked River office. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Levinson Axelrod, Robert was a general practice associate at a Monmouth County law firm.
After law school, Robert served as Law Clerk to the Honorable James McGann, J.S.C., in the Chancery Division, in Monmouth County Superior Court. Robert is a veteran of the United States Army, and served in numerous capacities as a field artillery officer posted in Iraq, Korea, Georgia, and Oklahoma. He was honorably discharged in 2004.
Thereafter, Robert attended Widener University Law School in Wilmington, Delaware. Following his first year in law school, Robert worked in Philadelphia for the Honorable Charles B. Smith, Chief United States Magistrate for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Following his second year of law school, Robert worked for the United States Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, on a variety of civil and criminal matters in Philadelphia.
Robert was commissioned after graduating from Army Officer Candidate School at Ft. Benning, Georgia, in 2001. Prior to joining the Army, he attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, graduating in 2000 with a B.A. in Political Science. Robert graduated from Lawrenceville School, Lawrenceville, New Jersey in 1996. He lives in Burlington County with his wife and daughter.
