      Biography

Robin Terry has been handling workers' compensation matters for employers and workers' compensation carriers since 1993 when she joined Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP. From 1990 to 1993, Robin represented plaintiffs in workers' compensation and personal injury matters. She has extensive experience at all levels of workers' compensation litigation including mediations, hearings, Full Commission arguments and other appellate levels.

Robin has handled hundreds of cases involving traumatic injuries by accident, occupational diseases, chemical exposures, claims for psychological/psychiatric injuries/conditions as well as permanent total issues such as attendant care and adaptive care.

Although Robin represents numerous workers' compensation carriers in various claims, a large part of her practice is devoted to representing several large self-insured employers including a poultry processor, a large medical facility, a municipality, a group of fast-food franchisors as well as a group of housing authorities.
