Biography
Roger P. Foley is a Personal Injury and Criminal Defense attorney. He has overcome adversity from a young age. His expectations of success were often discouraged. He was born into a family that had nothing but he had a desire to escape poverty and negativity. There were many obstacles and very little mentorship but Roger knew failure was not a choice.
Having overcome many struggles, Roger brings a confidence that allows him to help others. Relating with a client's struggle, enables Roger to passionately serve them with the same level of desire he needed to change his circumstances.
Roger's work ethic was developed through sports and education. From a young age, Roger was involved in numerous activities. He played football, was a cub scout, and a junior firman. In junior high he was a member of the Lacrosse and Football teams. He began boxing, between 7th and 8th grade. In Highschool, Roger was a member of both the football and track teams. He continued boxing. After high school, he attended the University of Alabama and was a member of the Crimson Tide Football team. He later graduated from University Of Alabama at Birmingham. While in Birmingham, he continued his boxing in local, regional and international competitions. Just prior to Law School, Roger, was offered an opportunity to travel internationally on the USA boxing team. Roger respectfully declined and went to law school at the University of Miami, School of Law. Upon graduating, he made one last effort at boxing and participated in the Eastern Olympic Trials in 2004. He lost 9-7 in the quarter finals. The road traveled was tough but he accomplished many things. He is proud to be an attorney. He is proud to be your attorney.
Each legal case brings its obstacles, but Roger's experience has taught him that success is possible. Accordingly, he takes on each client's case knowing failure is not an option and gives his best.
