Ross Thomas Johnson

Born into a fourth-generation Montana farming and ranching family, Ross Johnson knows the value of hard work, grit, and working together to achieve a greater good. His work has helped the firm secure more than $500 million in total compensation to date, including the second-largest verdict in Montana state court history.

An experienced civil litigation attorney with a practice devoted entirely to the representation of those injured by the unlawful conduct of others, Ross handles claims involving wrongful death, serious workplace injuries, property contamination, personal injury, insurance disputes, automobile accidents and workers' compensation. Ross earned his law degree from the University of Montana School of Law and his undergraduate degree in economics from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.
