Ross Montgomery grew up in West Fargo, North Dakota and attended Minnesota State University of Moorhead where he played collegiate football. Ross then attended law school at the University of North Dakota. He was elected a member of the Order of the Barristers for his exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, one of nine students recognized for this distinction.
Ross's broad range of experience started at the Fargo Public Defender's office and expanded to writing appellate arguments for a private law firm in Fargo, ND. He then served at the Cook County State Attorney's Office Felony Trial Division in Chicago, Illinois where he represented the State in felony drug cases.
Ross has gained experience from a reputable private firm in St. Cloud, Minnesota, representing individuals in criminal, child protection and family law cases. Ross joined PCG Law in 2020 and practices in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and child protection. Ross enjoys spending his free time with his family and Wife, at the lakes and traveling.
Ross is a member of the Stearns Benton Bar Association, Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Ross has assisted hundreds of clients in obtaining fair and just outcomes to their cases. Ross prides himself in providing effective and caring representation to his clients.
