Ryan Biggerstaff was born in Somerset and is a lifelong resident of Kentucky. Ryan attended Pulaski County High School, where he was a Kentucky Governor's Scholar. After high school, he received his bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of Kentucky College of Arts and Science. Ryan then attended the University of Kentucky College of Law, graduating in 2013 and earning membership to both the American and Kentucky Bar Associations. He is an avid reader, and enjoys watching classic movies, cooking, and writing music in his free time.
