Ryan Toombs began her legal career in the nonprofit sector, working first as a Trusts and Estates Officer at the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, and then as associate legal counsel at the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA). In those roles, Ryan served a diverse client base and deepened her resolve to advocate for her clients, particularly those who are historically underserved. Ryan brings this enthusiasm to her work at Owen O’Neill Law Group, where she represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil matters, including lawsuits involving personal injury, construction and industrial site accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accident claims and other insurance defense matters.
Ryan graduated from Suffolk University Law School, magna cum laude, in 2010, and was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 2010, and in New York in 2011. Prior to attending law school, Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in social work, magna cum laude, from Marist College, and worked in human services.
Ryan is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Norfolk County Bar Association.
