Ryan James

Ryan James is a partner in the firm's Business Litigation and Construction Law Groups. His practice focuses on complex litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. James has experience in commercial, real estate, construction, banking, insurance coverage, antitrust/unfair competition, pharmaceutical, products liability, and trade secret/restrictive covenant matters. Mr. James represents clients in various state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation and before state and federal administrative agencies.

Mr. James is a 1998 graduate of The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University, where he was associate editor of The Dickinson Journal of International Law, and a graduate of Union College. Mr. James served a judicial clerkship to the Honorable David L. Gilmore, Washington County Court of Common Pleas, Washington, Pennsylvania.
