Ryan P. DiFlavio

As an attorney, Ryan has dedicated his entire career handling New York State Workers' Compensation cases and is a proven litigator. Ryan's workers' comp experience is particularly unique because, prior to joining Steenberg Law Firm, Ryan appeared in court on behalf of the insurance companies while working for the largest insurance defense law firm in WNY. Now that Ryan represents injured workers, he prides himself on always being one step ahead of the insurance companies because he knows their tactics - which has proved invaluable to his clients at Steenberg Law Firm.

In fact, Jeff Steenberg recruited Ryan to join his firm after going up against Ryan several times at hearings when Ryan previously represented insurance companies. Jeff came away impressed and knew Ryan would fit in perfectly at Steenberg Law Firm.

Ryan is an excellent communicator and is always ready to diligently answer questions for his clients. Ryan is committed to providing peace of mind to each and every client. Ryan is a native of West Seneca, New York, and went on to complete his undergraduate studies at Alfred University. Ryan played NCAA Division III college football at Alfred University. As a result of Ryan's strong work ethic and leadership ability, not only was he voted as team captain at Alfred, but in 2013, he was selected as an All-American Division III football player.

Ryan earned his law degree from the University at Buffalo Law School. In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Paulina, family, and friends; supporting his local professional sports teams; and playing mediocre golf.

Ryan is an active member of the New York State Injured Workers Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Erie County Bar Association.
