Ms. Halliburton has a diverse civil litigation practice, which includes personal injury law, public entity law, professional malpractice, employment law, and commercial litigation. Ms. Halliburton has arbitration and jury trial experience, and has tried cases in small claims court. She also has extensive experience in motions practice.
While in law school, Samantha was selected as a student attorney in the Civil Litigation Clinic and represented indigent clients in civil protection order cases and landlord-tenant matters. She interned with the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel, the 1st Judicial District Attorney s Office, and in private practice.
I have always had a passion for advocacy. As a student attorney in the Civil Litigation Clinic, I experienced for the first time the gratification of fighting for the rights of those who could not otherwise fight for themselves. My passion, insight, and relentless dedication allow me to achieve the best results for my clients.
