        I was involved in a car accident case, in 2017, where I was rear ended. Sam Pope, at the Rizk Law Firm, was the attorney helping me with this case. He is very professional and honest. Mr Pope gave me the opportunity to sit in on the defendant’s deposition, which I found very enlightening. Then it was my turn for a deposition. Mr Pope was much more prepared for this meeting than the defendant’s team. He was calm, respectful, yet determined to bring into the open the information needed from the defendant. He possesses good communication, people, analytical, listening, and negotiation skills.I learned this would have been a much easier case had I sought care from a regular medical doctor from the beginning, instead of spending my PIP on chiropractor, acupuncture, and massage therapy. Not that I believe there is anything wrong with those modalities. I’m not sure if I would have had better relief from the pain and suffering I experienced had I taken a different medical route yet an MRI and medical evaluation would have helped a lot, case wise. Bottomline, and in the end, the defendant rear ended me and I received two settlements: the first from the defendant’s insurance company, and the second from my own insurance. I would highly recommend Sam Pope for your legal needs. His expertise and recommendations proved valuable to me.
